I. Nulink Overview
What’s NuLink?
The NuLink network is a decentralized solution tailored for web3 developers seeking privacy-centric security measures to implement the best practices in security and privacy.
The NuLink platform provides endpoint encryption and access control through cryptography. Sensitive user data can be securely shared from any user platform to cloud storage or decentralized storage, with access to that data automatically granted according to policies in Proxy Re-Encryption or Attribute-Based Encryption.

II. NuLink Products
- NuLink Agent: This is a web-based electronic wallet you access through a web browser. It acts as an intermediary between your applications and the NuLink network, enabling them to securely communicate with each other. You can use it to manage your digital assets and conduct transactions on the NuLink network.
- NuLink Agent SDK: This is a toolkit for application developers. It allows them to integrate NuLink Agent features into their own applications. This provides users with a secure way to connect to the NuLink network from within those applications. Developers can customize its operation to suit their specific application.
- NuLink SDK: This is the most powerful toolkit. It provides developers with everything they need to build complex applications that interact directly with the NuLink network. It includes features for secure communication, advanced encryption, and harnesses the full power of NuLink’s security features. In fact, the NuLink Agent itself is built using the NuLink SDK.
- NuLink Horus 2.0 is a testing environment designed for developers and tech enthusiasts, allowing them to explore NuLink’s security features for Web3 applications. It’s like a practice ground for testing these security features before real-world implementation. This helps developers build secure apps and improves NuLink’s technology, while the community can learn and contribute.
III. Tokenomics
The NLK token plays a vital role in incentivizing nodes to provide data security services for the entire system and participate in governance on the chain. Through its tokenomics design, all participants in the decentralized network contribute to the sustainable development of NuLink. This design ensures the following:
- System Security: The NLK token helps maintain the security of the NuLink system.
- Sustainable Development: The tokenomics design encourages the long-term development of the system.
- Protection of Stakeholders’ Interests: All participating components benefit from the NuLink system.
- Building a Vibrant Multi-Ecosystem Encryption Service: The NLK token facilitates the creation of a diverse and evolving ecosystem of encryption services.
Token Allocation & Vesting
The total supply of NLK tokens is 1 billion, allocated across 5 categories:
- Foundation: 15%
- Business Development & Community Incentives: 15%
- Development Team: 15%
- Pre-sale: 25%
- Stake Mining: 30%
The NuLink (NLK) token will be issued in three phases:
Genesis phase:
- This phase starts from the token generation event (TGE) until the launch of the NuLink mainnet.
Ascension phase:
- The Ascension phase lasts for four years after the launch of the NuLink mainnet.
- During this phase, Service Providers can stake NLK tokens and receive additional rewards in NLK tokens for providing reliable services to the network.
Zenith phase:
- The Zenith phase is the third phase of the NuLink network that occurs after the Ascension phase. Specific details of this phase will be decided by the DAO in advance.
- However, Service Providers still play a crucial role in the network and stake NLK tokens to provide reliable and secure services, receiving rewards in return. This phase is expected to further solidify NuLink’s position as a leading provider of safe and decentralized data services.
Token Sale
NuLink is launching its token in four phases:
Seed Round
- 11% of total supply
- FDV: $15 million
- Price: $0.015
- Vesting: 3% unlocked at Token Generation Event (TGE), remaining unlocked over 12 months.
Private Round
- 8% of total supply
- FDV: $30 million
- Price: $0.03
- Vesting: 5% unlocked at TGE, remaining unlocked over 12 months.
Strategic Round
- 2% of total supply
- FDV: $80 million
- Price: $0.08
- Vesting: 7% unlocked at TGE, remaining unlocked over 12 months.
Public Round
- 4% of total supply
- FDV: $100 million
- Price: $0.1
- Vesting: 15% unlocked at TGE, remaining unlocked over 12 months.
Token Use Case
NLK is utilized for the following purposes:
- Collateral: Service providers stake NLK to ensure the provision of high-quality services. If they violate the protocol, they may face a reduction in their staked NLK.
- Incentives: Service providers receive NLK rewards for offering high-quality services.
- Service fees: Users use NLK to pay for secure data storage, sharing, and computation services.
- Voting: NLK holders can use the token to vote on proposals related to the development and operation of the NuLink network.
